We just made a change that allows a user with Finance role to delete someone’s Managed Giving from the Managed Giving report. This is located under Administration > Manage > Managed Giving. Previously, this ability was locked down to just users with both Admin and Finance roles.
Of course, any user can delete his own Managed Giving by going to his record, selecting Giving > Manage Your Recurring Giving. This will present his giving page where he can then press the red Stop Recurring Giving button.
So, a Finance user will only need to delete someone’s giving if he is unable to do so for himself. We think opening this ability up to Finance users makes sense.
