TouchPoint has a feature that churches with large recreation ministries will love! It allows you to upload a spreadsheet with a score for each person, which is based on their experience and ability. Then TouchPoint can divide the members of the org into well-balanced teams with a mixture of experienced and non-experienced players.
At our church, we use an online registration with one org per age and gender to enroll the players. Then the staff performs an evaluation to determine everyone’s skill level. These scores go into a spreadsheet which they then upload. Then with a push of a button all the members are divided among the existing sub-groups that you have created for your teams.
This uses an added feature in Sub-Group Management when Is Recreation Team is set to true on the organization’s settings.
