Contribution Statements for 2015 have already been sent or donors have been emailed to log on and print their own. However, now might be a good time to think about all the Administrative Settings that we have in TouchPoint that relate to contribution statements. You can review those now and make any changes before it is time for the 2016 1st quarter statements. The newest setting that was just added a few days ago, allows you to remove the Print Date on contribution statements.
This date appears in the top right corner of every statement and is labeled Print Date. It is the date that the statement was generated. If you do not want that date displayed, have your System Admin create the Setting named NoPrintDateOnStatement and set the value to true.
By the way, a couple of weeks ago, I published a post about the change we made regarding what to expect when you run all statements the next time. If you missed it, and you are responsible for generating statements, be sure to check it out. We made some nice changes! Also, be sure you are familiar with all the options, settings, extra values that relate to statements.
