iPhone App and Attendance

We had a few reports of users having problems when attempting to take attendance using the iPhone App. When they try to select the time, the application closes.

Our developer investigated and found out that the problem is occurring when the user has their device (iPhone or iPad) set to 24 hour time. When that is the case, Apple changes what we are looking for and makes it incompatible with what we are sending from the server.

The only solution at this point, is for the user to set the time back to AM/PM on their device when they want to take attendance using the app. However, we will have this fixed in the next release of the app.
