Setting Permissions for Emailing on Behalf of Other Users

In conjunction with our ongoing user interface project, we have just redone the page where a BVCMS Admin sets the permission for one user to email on behalf of another user.

Not only have we made the process so much easier, we also added this page to the menu. Now you no longer need to remember the URL or find the User IDs. Just select Users Can Email For directly from the Admin menu and search for users by name.

Click HERE and take a look at the help article that outlines the new process. If you are not a BVCMS Admin, and you are interested in taking advantage of this feature (being able to email on behalf of another user), you will want to take a look at that article as well.

PS  You are going to absolutely LOVE the new UI. Can’t wait to show it to you! Click HERE if you haven’t read about this project. Remember, these pages that we are redoing are not actually the new user interface. They are just getting ready for it – sort of like priming and spackling before painting.
