We have just added a new export option on the Organization Search page, It is Export Members to Excel. This export is almost identical to the Member Export you can run for an individual Organization. The difference is that this one also contains the name, ID, and schedule for the Organization. Those pieces of information are necessary, because this export can be run for multiple organizations instead of just one.
- Go to Organization Search
- Search for a Program, Division, Schedule (or whatever criteria you want to get a set of Organizations)
- Then select Export Members to Excel from the Exports/Reports menu.
Voila! Now you have an Excel spreadsheet listing every member of every Organization in your search.
