For a while now, we have seen some error messages whenever someone creates a new Bundle and enters an amount that includes either a dollar sign or a comma. The correct format is to use no punctuation except for a decimal, if needed. For example: this is correct – 2500.50; this is not – $2,500.50
We just added some validation so that, If you do add a dollar sign or a comma in the amount, you will now see this message: Please enter a valid number.
Previously, you would just get an error message that something had happened and that an email was sent to the developer. With this new validation, you can just correct the format of the amount and continue without being forced to start over again.
We hope this makes it a little easier if you forget and use an incorrect format for the amount.
