The next time you send the Email Attendance Notices, you will see a change in the Attendance Emails Sent notice that you receive. Instead of receiving one for each and every person who received an attendance notice, you will receive one email with a list of everyone who received the attendance notice.
Whew! That’s a lot better, isn’t it?
Also, we noticed (thanks to Larissa) that if the class had no one who had consecutive absents, the attendance notice was not getting sent for that class. We changed that. So, now, even if there is no one who fits the Consecutive Absents Threshold, the leaders will still get the attendance notice with a link to the most recent meeting. There will just not be a section for Recent Absents.
